Week 4 - Day 5

Food:

Breakfast: mini pain au chocolat, banana, petit filous

Snack: apple, kitkat

Lunch: bread roll, bbq chicken, salad, 2 fresh figs

Snack: apricot, small orange

Dinner: chicken noodle stir fry

Dessert: 2 chocolates

Total: 1310

Exercise: 15 min walk

Still got little energy due to my cold.
