Food:

Breakfast: fruit n fibre, petit filous, pear - 280

Snack: apple - 50

Lunch: minestrone soup, petit filous - 310

Snack: custard cream - 50

Dinner: morrocan cous cous, ham, cheese, square dark choc - 460

Snack: small piece of melon, two cheesy chips - 50

Total: 1200

Exercise: 20 min walk
