Snack: apple - 50

Lunch: bread roll, lentil and bacon soup, orange, cherry tomatoes - 370

Snack: petit filous, fridge raiders - 190

Dinner: lasagne, steamed veg - 580

Baileys - 80

Total: 1550

Exercise: 20 mins walk
