Food:

Breakfast: mini cheddars, banana, petit filous - 290

Snack: apple, large piece of tiffin cake - 490

Lunch: chinese chicken, salad, satsuma -140

Snack: slice of blue cheese - 30

Dinner: rib eye steak, peppercorn sauce, mash, steamed veg - 650

Glass of wine - 70

Total 1670

Exercise: 20 min walk, 50 min exercise bike
