Breakfast: bread roll, banana - 270

Snack: apple - 50

Lunch: lentil and bacon soup, bread roll, orange - 350

Snack: petit filous - 60

Dinner: lasagne, steamed veg - 580

Pud: square choc - 30

Total: 1350

Exercise: 20 min walk
