Food:

Breakfast: bread roll, satsuma, petit filous - 270

Snack: apple - 60

Lunch: marinated prawns, bread roll, banana, piece dark choc - 400

Snack: piece of dark choc, cracker and cheese - 80

Dinner: tuna pasta, brocolli and leek - 350

Pud: petit filous - 80

Total: 1240

Exercise: 30 mins walk, 45 mins ex bike
